My general practice has evolved over the years with a current emphasis on wills and trusts including estate and trust planning, administration and taxation, commerical and residential real estate sales and leasing, business formation and sales, zoning and planning after 10 years as a planning board attorney, chancery related litigation and appellate work. In the past I have tried over a hundred cases. My trial and appeals court work has been concentrated in business and real estate valuation, commercial and residential leases, zoning and decedents' estates.
